We love taking a shot road trip to the
Redcliffe and Bayside Region. Located north of Brisbane CBD, this historical
seaside village is the perfect destination if you want to escape the rush of
inner Brisbane and relax at paradise by the sea. Loved by locals and
day-trippers alike, these waterside suburbs prove that quiet and calm can
indeed live side by side with top eateries, bustling community venues and
institutional watering holes that keep you coming back for more. A lot of
historical buildings can still be seen today at this sleepy little seaside town that
experiences constant makeovers. Redcliffe boasts beautiful weather all year
round, and the local Clothing & Fashion Outlets have everything you need
and want.
The Redcliffe local businesses that are in the Clothing & Fashion
category, along with footwear, have stores to cater to women, men, children,
and babies. You’ll find everything to meet your budget, right through to
boutique stores. Our trip to Redcliffe today was so Kim could
check out Tabitha Lee Fashion Boutique which has been in Redcliffe Parade since
2015, stocking cult coastal labels like Amici Made In Italy, Italian Star,
Urban Luxury, Ruby Yaya, Lula Soul, Joseph Ribkoff, Jaase, Sunnygirl, Boho,
Tabitha has just moved back to the area after Covid-19 and still growing the store
with new style ranges for 2020. At Tabatha’s Lee it’s all about the service,
fabrics and quality she stocks from daywear, workwear to after5, she will have it.
Redcliffe Parade precinct is home to an abundance of restaurants and eateries
including the award-winning Rustic Olive Italian restaurant and the Mon Komo
hotel. Kim walked out with the Black pants and shirt combo.
While in Redcliffe also
check out:
Scarborough Park
Found in the suburb of Scarborough,
Scarborough Park is the perfect place to bring the kids for a fun day out.
Settlement Cove Lagoon
Just along the front of Redcliffe Parade, you
will find Settlement Cove Lagoon. Also known as Redcliffe Lagoon, summer is the
prime place to beat the heat.
Bee Gees Way
Redcliffe Parade also offers the opportunity
to discover Bee Gees Way. Bee Gees Way is named after the famous band that
originated right in Redcliffe.
Sutton’s Beach
Right beside Marine Parade in Redcliffe is
the beautiful Sutton’s Beach. Considered by many to be the best area on the
Redcliffe Peninsula, this beach has something for everyone.
Redcliffe Museum
On Anzac Avenue, you’ll find Redcliffe’s very
own museum. If you wish to discover the history of the region, be sure to check
it out.
Redcliffe Farmers and Artisan Markets
The Redcliffe Farmers and Artisan Markets
have exploded in popularity in the past few years. Hosted along Redcliffe
Parade every Sunday, these markets include a huge variety of interesting
stalls.
If you ever feel like a quiet weekend getaway
be sure to visit the Redcliffe and Bayside Region sometime soon. With so much
on offer, it’s the perfect place for families and couples to enjoy.
